FOTD: Urban Sunset

I have my coworker to thank for this name.  He told me he really liked my makeup and it reminded him of the sun setting over an urban neighborhood.  I suppose that's a good thing, eh?

Yep, you guessed it.  With a delightfully vampy lip like OCC lip tar in Black Dahlia.
