Neutral Eye Look with a KICK: Jemma Kidd book inspired

Been a loooong time since I did a tutorial. I'm kinda doing this blog post in a hurry since my video is up and I'll need this post to supplement it. So without further ado, here is the video tutorial, pics, and products used. Enjoy!
